Wow - I was going to comment on your previous post and say enquiring minds want to know how it all went, but you beat me to it with this post :-)
I think you are marvellously brave - I've never been out on a dinner date with someone I wasn't already going out with!

Kim

Kat's jacket is adorable!! Glad to read that your date was enjoyable, even if he isn't the one. Nothing is worse than being on a date that you want to run from...

Carole

The coat is wicked cute! And she looks adorable.
Now that you've broken the ice on the first date thing it should get easier. Here's hoping the lunch date tomorrow is great!

Cece

Well - glad you survived the first date! It's the hardest.

I'm just here catching up on blogs after my week of vacation - love the jacket!

Donna

Miss Kat appears to be quiet the charmer in the new Swing jacket. Great job mom! Waiting to read about lunch on Monday....

Does Alice Fields have a booth at Rhinebeck selling the cormo like you purchased at MS&W?

mamacate

Sorry the date didn't end more hopefully, but it sounds like a decent evening out. And wow, Kat is just adorable in that jacket. I think that one is going to have to go on my project list toot sweet. :)

Nancy

OK, I'm seriously behind on reading - Rachel was home from school sick (better now) at the end of last week so I'm out of the loop. I'm gone for a week and you meet 'em and dump 'em while I'm looking away!

PERFECT move on cutting the phone fun short. I had that happen enough that if we got past one or at most two good phone calls I always went for the meeting. Chemistry counts and it's only harder if you've gotten to like them.

Kat is an absolute doll in her sweater! Great job mom! So true about them being like cats.

Elaine

Love the sweater! What a terrific color on Miss Kat. Good deal on the date. Old picture? what's up with that? Buh-by! later dude! NEXT! :)

Lisa

Love the pictures of Kat in her new jacket. And I can't believe you ordered that yarn from Janette - I've been looking at it too. I keep holding off.

Hope your lunch went well today!!
