Having seen my sweet little Ephie my mom bought one for herself. She requested a sock for her Elphie like the one I made for mine. With all she's done for me recently, what with the ankle sprain and all, it was the least I could do. She picked the yarn out of my stash when she went to my place to feed my animals. Here's the complete sock, sans elph, lounging on the wicker table on the patio.
I do have to admit, that I don't particularly like this yarn. It is rougher than your average sock yarn to work with and I suspect that it is the 40% cotton content that is bugging me. I am also not particularly thrilled with the colors, though Mom claims to like them. Glad I discovered this on a small project and not into a regular sock.
